How to use:
1. Shake the container 2-3 times before use, then stand up a pen
and draw carefully as if filling in between the eyelashes.
2. For meticulous eye line arrangement, hold the pen at an angle to the eye area
and draw delicately once more as if connecting between the eyelashes.
